The box office has now closed for this film.

A refugee from Hungary arrives in London in 1959; nearly half a century later, an asylum seeker arrives from Uganda.

Despite the passage of nearly 50 years between the two events, these two unique migration experiences have an oddly similar emotional resonance. Juxtaposing archive material from Free Cinema film-maker Robert Vas’ 1959 ‘Refuge England’ and footage of 21st Century London, Anyway Who Are You? is a lyrical and sensitive take on a subject never out of the headlines.
